    Containers transport

    To our customers, we offered the transport of purchased containers and spare parts to the collection spot, in our own specially adapted trucks. We deliver the containers to our customers not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad.

    Complete service and containers repair

    In addition to the production of containers, we also offer a complete service of used containers, including the replacement of the feed hook, rollers and doors by our own or a third-party production. Moreover, we also perform an additional installation of the roof and repairs of damaged sides, fronts, doors and floors, including painting.

    Technical advisory, project processing, development and construction

    Based on customer’s requirements, we are able to prepare a complete drawing and technical documentation, including strength calculations. We use SolidWorks program to create a 3D model of a container. We design technical and structural solutions for containers, according to customers’ requirements, while taking into an account its usability and compliance with relevant standards.

     

    Sandblasting

    We offer to our customers the possibility of blasting the container before the final surface treatment – painting. This technological process of surface treatment of hard materials with a stream of pressurized abrasive particles perfectly removes surface impurities (old paint, rust, traces of machining …) and roughens the surface for better adhesion of the paint. We use steel granulate as an abrasive.

    Marking and sticker wraps 

    Upon request, we will also make an advertising sticker for your container. We provide foil stickers or spraying logos over templates.
