    Robotization of the production process

The financial support from the EU funds allowed the company to introduce a unique robotic production. It is the only one of its kind within the Eastern Europe and enables to achieve the supreme quality at affordable prices while fulfilling the requirements for ecological operation and customer’s requirements.

Specifically, there are two robotic welding workplaces for the containers production. The plasma cutting technology is used for a precise material cutting, which enables us to achieve a required accuracy in the preparation of individual parts and semi-finished products. The company is equipped with a modern and environmentally friendly painting room which, thanks to the catalytic oxidation unit, meets the strict emission limits of EU. The reconstruction and expansion of the previous production facilities were also part of the project.

The project INNOVATION OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESS – ROBOTIZATION was co-financed with the support of the EUROPEAN REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUND within the operational program ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION.

Containers welding with a welding robot using the MAG method

Our containers are welded from the parts of steel sheets of various thicknesses, beams and profiles. The welds are performed using the MIG/MAG technologies.

Robotized metal welding is significantly more reliable and accurate compared to manual welding. Robotic welding reduces the possibility of errors occurring during the welding process and increases the quality of welds. When the parameters are optimally set, the introduced heat is minimized and thus the execution of welded joint is accelerated. As the heat input is decreased to the minimum level, the degradation of the basic mechanical characteristics is reduced to the minimum. Robotized metal welding allows almost no planar and dimensional deformations. Moreover, as the heat input is always the same, the deformations are always completely identical, enabling to guarantee the dimensional and shape repeatability of the weldment. Thanks to robotic welding, long welds can be made without interrupting the weld bead. This type of sealing of the container ensures water resistance and 100% quality.
